        In our country, the traditional technology of producing sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) is pinch, the main features of the technology is that the basification and etherification reaction both in organic solvents which act as medium (thinner). It is the method that making the loose cellulose materials dispersed in organic solvents and lye mixture, basification is in a certain temperature, and then joined the chloroacetate-organic solvent mixture to carry out etherification. The material has been continuously Kneading in Kneader. Cellulose were cut and crushed by the whisking teeth of the Kneader, lye agent and etherifying agent have been continuously breathed out and inbreathed, so that realized the basification and etherification reaction. This approach due to the limited amount solvent (thinner) , the soaking and dispersing of cellulose can not fully and completely, so reaction is uneven, the D.S of products easily available to substitute un-uniformly, resulting the poor internal quality stability.
         In order to improve the quality of products to meet different customer’s demands, we are constantly improving technology, developing new products using new processing equipment for the production of CMC's producing and refining , based on the past technology production , we summarizing experiences, breach through innovation , To subvert the traditional production process, by using a new reactor, we have developed a unique range of products, new products with good benefits of enduring acid, salt, and also have a good stability, the flow pattern is clearly different from the traditional Kneader products. Especially suitable for toothpaste, food, oil drilling industries and so on. The toothpaste grade products are good at acid-resistant and salt-resistant, and appropriate flow characteristics. The confected toothpastes paste have good texture and smooth, don’t separate from water, the after-inflation of toothpaste consistency is moderate, and in very high or bally low-temperature conditions, the consistency of toothpaste is stable and can maintain a very good texture and smooth. Food grade products with high AVR, and good acid-resistant characteristics, produced milk products is stable, low precipitation after high-speed centrifuge, can preserve a long time under high temperature conditions.
         With the established of a new production base, the new production line put into operation and to further expand production capacity and further improve product quality.
